    Recruitment and Selection:

  • The Candidate will be Responsible for handling the full recruitment process of the organization for internal needs
  • The Candidate must have Experience in bulk hiring. The Candidate should be developing a collaborative partnership with Management to establish hiring needs and communicate recruiting strategies
  • The Candidate will be posting jobs on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Hirist, Monster, Shine etc. whenever required and keeping track of the applications and maintaining recruitment database
  • The Candidate will be Interviewing candidates to identify their core values, evaluate skills, check their basic knowledge for the position and discuss salary requirements by conducting preliminary telephonic interviews.
  • The Candidate will be responsible for recruiting the candidates of various skills set as per the project Specifications by sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates resumes.
  • The Candidate will be Handling walk-in-interviews for fresher as well as experienced candidates & conducting written tests..
  • The Candidate will be Gathering the vital information required to judge the candidate's suitability, attitude, experience, communication skills etc. like interest in profile offered, total work experience, current organization, current location, relocation, current and expected CTC, notice period to be served etc.
  • The Candidate will be building and maintaining relationships with candidates being the main point of contact for communication and feedback throughout the interview and hiring process.
  • The Candidate will be Scheduling interviews with the Hiring Managers; following up for a successful interview.
  • The Candidate will be Maintaining the sheet of daily response and providing daily interview status reports with top management.

  • Human Resource Operations:

  • The Candidate will be Formulating/Improvising HR procedures, policies and communicating them across the organization.
  • The Candidate will be Managing the leave and attendance, as well as maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure staff punctuality.
  • The Candidate will be Preparing salary sheets of staff and payment of bonus to employees.
  • The Candidate will be Maintaining and updating employee personal records/ files in digital and paper form
  • The Candidate will be Issuing offer letter, appointment, employment agreements, confirmation letter, warning letter, salary increment letter etc. as and when required.
